was designed by athletes with personal training experience.
We have 23 years of hands on Personal training in Commercial and Private gyms. Our expertise includes; Class and Program development, supplementation and nutrition, managment, sales.
Some of our disciplines include music, dance, martial arts.
We're seeing more of this in the main stream. Athletes need a variety of well-rounded training.

Our mission at Temple of Light llc., is to design training tools that actually work for our conditioning.
As professionals, we don't just buy equipment because it looks cool. We have to select tools that are sleek, portable and functional, with a heavy duty element that is stable & safe with the athlete, not the money in mind.
There was nothing out there for us like that.. so I created five designs, a program that gets results fast to help us all excel, and Daniel found a skilled team to help bring prototypes to life.
Our powdercoated designs ensure grip and functionality, a cost we were willing to accept.

MASTERBAR keeps athletes and beginners strong and focused while traveling. Stay ready so you don't have to get ready! Fits in hotel rooms, backstage & outdoors for relaxing practice and warm muscles. We also have a number of programs that go with each bar to fit your discipline.
The COVID-19 pandemic also showed us that these tools are a must.

Trying to balance, build strength and agility doesn't come from a cheap product with a washed up celebrity that is peddling something they never use.

Kicking up until you get an elbow stand is the old way. Wall handstands, old news, yet some trainers are going to die on these old techniques.
We prefer putting you right there so you can feel where you need to be, not guess. Not a lot of Coaches can actually demonstrate what they are making students do. Gyms want a body, not a coach and athletes are suffering due to this.

We know because their athletes come to us for better results and longevity. These young athletes still have to make it to old age and be mobile. Athletes are not disposable, and neither are we.
