
2 Pounds Salmon Fillet
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Cucumber Relish:
1 Medium Cucumber, Seeded and Coarsely Chopped
2 Tablespoons Onion Chopped
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped
Mix all Cucumber Relish ingredients together, cover and refrigerate at least 1hour.
Heat coals or Gas Grill.
Place Salmon on large piece of foil, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with dill weed and salt and pepper.
Wrap foil tightly around Salmon and grill over medium heat for 20-30 minutes or until Salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve Outdoor Salmon Weed with Cucumber Relish.
