So far I see too many gums, (hard to digest) Dextrose (there are 17 side effects to this ingredient but the main ones are swelling, heart pain, headache and high blood sugar)

Good ol potassium chloride..(no. it's not good. Vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, muscle weakness, stomach bloating, rash/skin irritation)

Now unless you're lactose intolerant, side effects may include a little more booty, or muscle but I'll take the 3 ingredients to all the crazy I showed you earlier. This is why #reading #ingredients is so important. Ironically the good stuff costs more, but like I tell many clients; Don't eat it cause it's cheap, eat it cause it's good and good for you.
FDA claims these poisons are ok to have in small doses, but if you look closely, it's IN EVERYTHING so we are really getting mega doses if we're not careful!
