#Hibiscus TEA or LEMONADE
We boil the flower and usually get it from a Hispanic/Asian market.
After it cools, we drink this cold and cut it with sugarfree lemonade for anytime. Heat may change regulations in your body so, on occasion, hot drinks are not ideal, however, if you prefer the hot tea, we recommend you choose an organic, no additives or preservatives choice.
If you add a few slices of ginger, it takes the tartness away and fresh basil adds flavor and may reduce water retention as it serves as a natural diuretic.
Please check with your Dr. If you have medications that may clash with #hibiscus #flower or #tea
Our AI bot impressed me. It listed all the things hibiscus does for the #body. #health #benefits I refer people to the #google #search as it is most accurate.

Just watch the rabbit holes of contradictory (what ifs)
Plainly put, there are variables in each health situation, and there is no one plan fits all. If questions you have do not pertain directly to your situation, there's no need to be afraid, and these rabbit holes are usually for scrollers looking to keep fingers busy.
We have also recommended hibiscus for #athletes experienceing #fatigue and older #clients who want to regulate blood pressure. I use it for water regulation my self and Dano uses it for his blood pressure and this is all the Wine we need!š„š²šŖ½
